If you reach our voicemail, we are on the line with another customer; please leave your name and number and a professional design consultant will call you back to take your order.
With the exception of holidays, orders placed by phone must be received by 12pm M-F for same day deliveries and by 12pm on Fridays for weekend deliveries. If you'd like your delivery to be made the same day and you're placing your order after our 12pm deadline, your design consultant can let you know if that is an option.
Online orders require a 24 hour turn-around. Orders placed through our Online Order Form must be received by 9am M-F for same day deliveries and by 9am on Fridays for weekend deliveries.
Daily orders sent to businesses will be delivered by 5pm on the delivery date specified. Orders sent to homes will be delivered by 7pm on the delivery date specified. If your order needs to be delivered at or before a specific time, your design consultant will let you know if that is an option.
A $45 minimum is required on all phone and online orders, unless otherwise specified. Delivery fees are subject to the area being delivered to.
All orders are subject to product and seasonal availability. While the utmost care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, occasionally substitutions may be necessary. We will make every attempt to match the flower types and colors used, as well as the containers used and if substitutions are made, they will be done so with items that are of equal or greater value.
